We have over twenty five years of personal injury experience including working for the insurance company and for
injured people. Our office has been serving clients for eighteen years reflecting quality in representation and success
for the individuals we represent.
Automobile Accidents
Unfortunately, at some time in our lives, most of us will experience an automobile accident. When you are in a car accident, even if you are not injured, there are certain things that you should and should not do.
Insurance Disputes
Despite taking premium payments for years on end, insurance companies do not always fulfill their end of the bargain
when legitimate claims are presented. The Law Offices of Jack Vetter has successfully helped clients take on large
insurance companies, securing their rightfully owed benefits. Whether you're a physician or other professional who has
been wrongfully denied disability benefits; a person whose health carrier refuses to pay for a needed medical procedure;
or the beneficiary of a life insurance policy deprived of the benefits without justification, our firm can help.
Wrongful Death
A death caused by a negligent, careless, intentional or reckless act of another person or corporation is considered a
wrongful death. In most states, if the death of a relative or spouse was caused by the wrongful act of another,
surviving family members can file a wrongful death lawsuit against the negligent party or parties. In order to file a
wrongful death claim, you must be able to prove that you will experience severe future emotional and financial hardship
because of the loss of the negligent death.
Dog Bites
Dog bites are a very common form of injury, for both adults and children. They can have serious consequences, including
permanent disfigurement and psychological trauma. In extreme cases, they may result in death. While it is not possible to
know in advance whether a dog will attack there are steps you can take to protect yourself and your children from being bitten.
Slip & Falls
A slip and fall is the term used for an injury that occurs when someone slips, trips or falls as a result of a dangerous
or hazardous condition on someone else's property. If a slip and fall occurs on someones property and is a result of a
hazardous condition then the owner of the property could be liable for the sustained injuries. Slip and falls include
injury as a result of ice, snow or water. Slip and falls can also occur with changes in flooring, dark lighting, or an
unseen hazard, such as a hole in the ground.
Wrongful Termination
Many people are employed "at will", meaning that they don't have a formal employment contract with their employer and
state law thus permits their employment to be ended at any time, or that they do have a written contract under which
contains an "at will" clause to that same effect. However, even "at will" employees are entitled to certain legal
protections against wrongful termination, and cannot be fired for reasons that violate the law or public policy.
